Kicking off our top 10 is Baylor University’s online MBA, which scored highly in the employability indicator.
The program offers six yearly intakes in January, March, May, June, August and October and can be completed in as little as one year, although the average duration is 30 months.
The online MBA is asynchronous, meaning that students can complete courses whenever it suits them, and focuses on ethical leadership and Christian values.
33 percent of the 2020 cohort of 30 students identify as female. All students have on average 11 years’ work experience.
9) Eller College of Management

In ninth place for online MBA programs with the most expensive tuition is Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona’s online MBA.
The program offers six starting date options per year and six areas of concentration for students to tailor their curriculum – Entrepreneurship, Finance, Healthcare Management, Management and Organizations, Privacy and Security and Marketing.
Students also have the option to participate in international travel with full-time MBA students.
Out of the 2020 cohort of 108 students, 31 percent are women. The program takes on average 30 months to complete.
